The program is based on the latest scientific findings in the sports performance and injury prevention fields. We emphasize core strength, speed, agility and vertical jump, all respecting each individual athlete’s body type and characteristics.
cost – $ 160a month ($800 for the season) – when you commit to this program you are committing to 5 months. This is not a come when you wish program. You must be committed.
teams that practice 6-8 pm will be on Flight School from 5:30 to 6:15 pm. There is no loss of volleyball practice time since athletes will be warm, stretched and ready to go at 6:15 pm. Same time it would take the coach to start warm up and stretch if practiced started at 6 pm.
teams that practice 8-10 pm will be on Flight School from 7 :00 to 8:00 pm.
