The program is based on the latest scientific findings in the sports performance and injury prevention fields. We emphasize core strength, speed, agility and vertical jump, all respecting each individual athlete’s body type and characteristics.
Session 1 – September 3, 7, 10, 14, 17, 21, 24 and 28. cost – $ 180 for Instinct athletes registered for the 2025-26 club season or $ 205 for non Instinct players.
Session 2 – October 1, 5, 8, 12, 15, 19, 22 and 26 – $ 180 for Instinct athletes registered for the 2024-25 club season or $ 205 for non Instinct players.
Register for BOTH sessions before session 1 starts and get an additional 5% discount. $ 342 for Instinct athletes and $ 390 for non Instinct players. Instinct players need a discount code to capture the discount.
