Flight School

The program is based on the latest scientific findings in the sports performance and injury prevention fields. We emphasize core strength, speed, agility and vertical jump, all respecting each individual athlete’s body type and characteristics.

Volleyball National Prep for HS – May 23, 25, 30 June 1, 6, 8, 13, 15 – 6:30-7:30 pm. This camp if for volleyball athletes preparing to compete in the USAV and/or AAU volleyball National Tournaments.

Volleyball National Prep for MS – May 16, 18, 23, 25, 30, June 1, 6 and 8 – 7:30-8:30 pm. This camp if for volleyball athletes preparing to compete in the USAV and/or AAU volleyball National Tournaments.

All Sports for MS and HS session 1 – May 23, 25, 30 June 1, 6, 8, 13, 15 – 5:30-7:30 pm. 

All Sports for MS and HS session 2 – June 20, 22, 27, 29 July 6, 11, 13, 18 – 5:30-7:30 pm

Volleyball College Pro – (Sports Performance plus Open Gym) – 10 am – Sports Performance  and 11:30 am to 1 pm Open Gym. Pick 2 or 3 days on each date block. (Block 1 – May 16, 17, 18) ; (Block 2 May 23,24,25, ) ; (Block 3 May 30, 31 June 1) ;  (Block 4 June 6, 7, 8) ; (Block 5 June 13,14,16) ; (Block 6 June 20, 21, 22)

Incoming College Freshman – 10-11 am Skills with Olympian Cilene Drewnick ; 11-noon Sports Performance; Noon-1pm – Scrimmage. (Block 1 – May 16, 17, 18) ; (Block 2 May 23,24,25, ) ; (Block 3 May 30, 31 June 1) ;  (Block 4 June 6, 7, 8) ; (Block 5 June 13,14,16) ; (Block 6 June 20, 21, 22)
