Flight school is a revolutionary program offered to all athletes of all sports. The program is based on the latest scientific findings in the sports performance and injury prevention fields. We emphasize core strength, speed, agility and vertical jump, all respecting each individual athlete’s body type and characteristics.
Regular Season Programs:
Athletes will participate in 2 sessions a week either before or after practices.
In order to see results, you must commit for the season.
1st month – starts the week of Nov 26 and ends the week of Dec 17
2nd month – starts the week of Jan 7 and ends the week of Jan 28
3rd month – Feb
4th month – Mar
5th month – Apr
Schedule for postseason will be discussed later
Individual Training Sessions:
Cost: $200 per month per athlete (8 sessions – $ 25 per session)
Cost: $ 180 per month per athlete – (8 sessions – $ 22.5 per session if 4-6 players on your team sign up)
Cost $ 160 per month per athlete – (8 sessions – $ 20 per session if 7 or more on your team sign up)
