- The Goal: Take your setting from “functional” to “tactical.” Learn the secrets of the position from a specialist.

DEFENSE & BALL CONTROL with Instinct Coaches
The ball never hits the floor. Period.
- Focus: Defensive range, reading the hitter, emergency techniques, and relentless ball control.
- The Goal: Develop the “Instinct” to react before the ball is hit. Build a platform that never breaks.
