We are forming Metro teams for 12s, 13s and 14s. 
September 6, 10 and 17 – Set 6, Sunday,  5-6pm, Sep 10 and 17, Thursday, 6-7 pm. 
Cost – $ 25 – there are no refunds for tryouts
Instinct Metro program is designed for athletes and families that want to receive club level training and coaching without the time and financial commitments of a regular club team. It is also a great opportunity for school teams to keep working together towards their next season. Practices are held once a week in our state of art facility at SSAC (Sport Support Athletic Center) courts and teams will play in 4 tournaments sanctioned by the North Texas region. We will provide one of our qualified coaches to lead the team.

You can register individually or as a team (school or church team). Minimum number of athletes per team is 10-12.

Teams will practice on Mondays and in some cases Fridays.

Instinct Metro provides the player(s) with:

  • An experienced volleyball coach (Impact certified)
  • A weekly 90 minute practice – Jan-Apr
  • 4 1-day tournaments
  • 1 game jersey, 1 spandex, 1 practice t-shirt, 1 pair of knee pads, 1 string bag
