You can register individually or as a team (school or church team). Minimum number of athletes per team is 10-12.
Instinct Metro provides the player(s) with:
- An experienced volleyball coach (Impact certified)
- A weekly 90 minute practice – Jan-Apr
- 4 1-day tournaments
- 1 game jersey, 1 spandex, 1 practice t-shirt, 1 pair of knee pads, 1 string bag
