These free clinics are only for 2023-24 season Instinct players. The goal is to prepare for the season that officially starts in December.
Wednesdays 7:30-8:30 pm.
Registration opens Saturday and closes on Tuesday before the clinic. No walk ons will be accepted so we can plan the sessions according to number of registrants.
